Data Deletion

IMMA AI (operated by PT Majapahit Teknologi Nusantara) gives you three ways to delete the data associated with your Meta or TikTok accounts.

1. Disconnect in the dashboard

Open the connected accounts screen in your workspace and disconnect the account. We revoke the platform token where the platform supports revocation, delete the stored token immediately, and schedule stored metrics and comments for deletion within 30 days.

2. Meta's Data Deletion Callback

If you remove IMMA AI's access from your Facebook, Instagram or Threads settings, Meta automatically calls our Data Deletion Callback endpoint (api.getimma.com/meta/data-deletion). We verify the signed request, queue a data deletion job for that user ID, and return a confirmation code and a status URL in the form getimma.com/data-deletion/{code}. That status page will go live in the next site phase (SP1); once live, you can check the progress of your deletion request there at any time using your confirmation code.

3. Email us

Write to [email protected] with the email address or connected account you want deleted. We process deletion requests within 3x24 hours of receiving them.

What gets deleted

Deleting an account removes its platform tokens, cached profile data, comments, and metrics from our systems. Content you already published to Meta or TikTok is not affected. Deleting your whole workspace removes all connected accounts the same way, after a 30 day soft-delete window in which you can still cancel the deletion.
