Subprocessors

IMMA AI (operated by PT Majapahit Teknologi Nusantara) uses the subprocessors below to run the service. Each one is bound by a written data processing agreement, consistent with Meta Platform Terms 5.a, and none of them are permitted to sell or otherwise use customer data for their own purposes.

LLM provider for AI captions	Generating caption suggestions	Only text you type into the caption composer; never Meta or TikTok platform data. We use zero-retention settings where the provider offers them.
Xendit	Payment processing	Transaction ID and billing data; we never store your card number
Plausible	Website analytics for getimma.com	Aggregate page view counts; EU-hosted, no cookies, no persistent identifiers

This list is kept up to date. If we add a new subprocessor that materially changes how your data is handled, we will update this page and, where required, notify you before the change takes effect.
