Can an AI agent post directly to social media?

Not safely on its own, and TikTok in particular does not allow it. How does an AI agent post to TikTok without breaking the rules?

TikTok's Content Posting API requires the account owner to preview a post and pick who can see it before it publishes, and that choice has to happen in a real interface, not an API parameter an agent fills in. When an agent calls IMMA AI to post to TikTok, IMMA AI never sets a privacy level on the agent's behalf. Instead it returns an approval.url: a hosted page the agent can hand back to the person it is working for, commonly shared over Telegram, showing the exact video, caption and thumbnail with TikTok's own privacy options and no default selected. Comment, Duet and Stitch stay off until a person turns them on. Only after that explicit confirmation does IMMA AI call TikTok's Content Posting API. The agent can keep drafting and scheduling TikTok content all day; a human stays the only one who can make it public.
