Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of IMMA AI, a social media API and dashboard operated by PT Majapahit Teknologi Nusantara. By creating a workspace or connecting a social account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Platform policies you must follow

You must comply with the Meta Platform Terms, the Meta Community Standards, the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, and the TikTok Community Guidelines for every account you connect. We may suspend access if a connected account violates those policies, since a violation can put our own platform access at risk.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use IMMA AI to: send spam, buy or fake engagement (likes, views, comments, followers), post illegal content, publish content you do not have rights to, or scrape data from Meta or TikTok outside the official APIs we provide.

If you or your integration publishes to TikTok through IMMA AI's Direct Post capability, explicit human consent must be captured in our composer or hosted approval page, or via the required consent flags on our API, before that post goes live. Without that consent, the post is held in inbox or draft mode; it will not publish automatically.

Integrators using the TikTok consent API flags are independently responsible for showing the consent user experience described in our TikTok UX checklist in their own product. Misrepresenting or skipping that consent screen is a breach of these terms and can lead to revocation of the integrator's API key, independent of any action TikTok itself takes.

5. Your content and disclosures

You are responsible for the content you publish through IMMA AI, including disclosing AI-generated or AI-assisted content where the destination platform or applicable law requires it.

6. Suspension

We may limit or suspend an account, workspace or API key that we reasonably believe endangers our access to Meta's or TikTok's platforms, breaches these terms, or is used unlawfully.

7. Data processing

We process the data in your connected accounts only on your instruction, as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell that data. See /legal/subprocessors for the subprocessors we use.

8. Liability and service level

During the public beta phase, IMMA AI is provided without a formal uptime service level agreement. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for actions Meta or TikTok take against your account.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiation; if unresolved, they will be settled under Indonesian law and jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Both the English and Indonesian versions of these terms are equally valid.
